Fulfillment

Our products are shipped directly to customers by third-party suppliers, including Blanka and AliExpress suppliers through DSers. Processing and delivery times depend on the product, supplier, shipping method, availability, and destination.

Blanka branded makeup: U.S. estimates

For standard, made-to-order branded products, estimated production and fulfillment time is 5–9 business days. Estimated standard delivery within the United States is an additional 3–5 business days after shipping. Total estimated processing and delivery time is 8–14 business days.

In-stock products and unbranded samples may have shorter processing times. These estimates depend on the specific product's fulfillment setup and do not apply to AliExpress products.

DSers / AliExpress products

Processing and delivery estimates differ by supplier, product, shipping method, and destination. Refer to the specific product's shipping information for its estimated processing and delivery times.

Tracking and delays

Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier issues, customs, weather, holidays, and product availability may affect delivery.
